The location was perfect, right on the square, and the room was well appointed. the rooftop bar offered a great view, but service at the Coop was slow due to being understaffed. The staff, especially Alexis and Veronica, were amazing and really saved the day when my reservation was canceled last minute. Their compassion and hard work to find us a room made a huge difference. Despite some hiccups, their warm and friendly service made us feel at home, like locals in town.
